Our 6-step cleaning process
We arrive on site and carry out a walk-around with you. We will inspect the carpet to identify the fibre material and spot-test any stains to identify the chemistry.
Next, we vacuum the carpet North-South, East-West using a commercial grade vacuum cleaner to remove any dry soiling. We then pre-spray the area using the appropriate chemistry tailored to your carpet type.
We agitate the solution with our Contra-Rotating Brush before allowing it to dwell, which effectively emulsifies the dirt, dust and allergens.
We then rinse the solution out of the carpet using a more acidic (or alkaline!) solution to neutralise the pH levels of the carpet and extract the emulsified dirt using our powerful, twin-vacuum commercial grade machine.
After the carpet has been cleaned, we then remove spots and stains as required. Once we have completed this, we will rake the carpet to set the pile, which gives it that fluffy, bouncy feeling it once had!
We perform our final walk-through to ensure you are happy with our results – with our guarantee extending to 48 hours after have have finished the job to ensure you continue to be happy, and that there’s no immediate re-soiling after drying.
