George came for a quote, we set a date and had a reminder text of the appointment the day before to check in. On the day he was very prompt , once again great customer service, careful to move furniture out of the way and work quick and efficient. George was knowledgeable and made sure to check the fibre of each of my carpets to ensure he knew how to wash / clean the carpet and rugs. Overall super pleased! Will use Horizon for my future carpet cleans.

Had my mattress cleaned today after failing my own attempted clean with a spot cleaner, baking soda, white vinegar, you name it, I tried it! The result is great and it was a fantastic service from George. From initial enquiry to completion, George was professional throughout. No pressure to go with him after a quote either, which is something most others didn't seem to understand as they hound you for an answer. Highly recommend!
