What areas do you serve?

We are based in Cheltenham, but proudly serve the whole of Gloucestershire.

What types of carpets, upholstery, and mattresses can you clean?

We are trained and certified to clean all types of carpets, upholstery and mattresses. We can clean most types of rugs too, however in certain situations we may recommend a dedicated rug spa facility if we believe a rug has several types of complex fibre.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

All of our products are eco friendly and non-toxic.

Is your team certified and insured?

Yes, we are entirely flexible. We do politely ask to provide as much notice as possible though!

Cleaning Process

How long does the cleaning process take?

Each area (16m2) will take approximately 40 minutes for a medium soiled area, excluding machine set up and emptying. Time will vary based on a lot of variables, such as the soil level, type of fibre etc.. so its hard to give a close approximation.

What equipment and products do you use?

We use commercial grade vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaning machines, which blasts solution into carpets with up to 800 psi. The powerful twin 5.7 vacuum motors will extract most of the moisture from the textile

Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

Nope, we will pre-vacuum the area upon arrival, however, If you could place breakables and valuables in a safe place, that would be great!

Do I have to move the furniture?

Nope! We will move small furniture items, but we do clean around larger items of furniture such as a sofa or a wardrobe. We can move these if you like, but that can be calculated into the final quote.

How soon can I use my carpets or furniture after cleaning?

You will be immediately able to use your carpets as we will provide a set of disposable shoe covers for everybody in the house. Carpets can be slightly damp for up to 6 hours, and sock dry in up to 24 hours, depending on fibre type.

Results

Can you remove all stains?

Almost all stains can be removed, there are a few exceptions however; such as an acidic drink like Cherry-Ade being spilled on a wool carpet as the acid helps the dye in the drink bind to fibres, similarly to how they’re dyed at the rug makers’.

Will cleaning help with odour and allergens?

Yes, we can remove most odours from carpets, including urine, pet odours, dirt, dust, and debris.

How often should I have my carpets, upholstery, or mattresses cleaned?

Residential carpets, ideally cleaned once per year, especially if the house has pets and heavy foot traffic. A commercial space would benefit from a personalised maintenance schedule. This will often be 1-2 deep cleans per year with maintenance cleaning between those periods.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the results?

If you are not satisfied with the result, we will come back at your earliest convenience to put it right. If the work is still not up to a professional standard we will give you a 100% refund.

What is stain protection, and how does it work?

We use a premium stain protection called Asgard to shield your carpets, upholstery or fabrics from spills and stains. It works by creating an invisible barrier on the surface which prevents liquids, dirt and oils from being absorbed into the carpet fibres. This makes cleaning accidental spills a breeze, and keeps your fabrics looking fresher for longer. A smart way to protect your investment
